What happens after my purchase?

24 hours after your purchase you should have received an email with a link to book the session(s) at your convenience. If that is not the case, please contact me.

Do you have Payment Plans?

Payment plans via Partial.ly available on request.

What is your Refund Policy?

Rescheduling appointments, cancellations and refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Bernadette.Work

Should your refund claim be accepted, incurred charges and expenses will be deducted from the total amount you have paid.

Can I pay in another currency?

Payments using cards or PayPal accounts in other currencies can be processed directly in this website. Should you want to pay via bank transfer in Mexican Pesos, Euros and American Dollars please contact us.
